Miss America 2017 Predictions: Who Should Take Home The Sash?

The contestants for the 2017 Miss America pageant have been chosen, and we're rooting for the gal from our home state, Miss California, Jessa Carmack.  Can we just put a spotlight on the beautiful yellow dress she wore accepting the Miss California title?

The twisted neckline with peek a boo shoulders and cleavage makes this dress sexy yet classy.  And the bright yellow really made her stand out from the rest.  It's no wonder she won Miss California.  So we're sending congrats to you Jessa and wishing you the best of luck at the Miss America pageant!
