Designer crochet? Yes please. Who knew there was such a thing? We sure didn't. That is until we stumbled upon Lupita Nyongo's Instagram post. The acclaimed actress posted a photo of herself in a brightly colored rainbow crochet dress with the caption "Considering Balmain." She wore the dress to a premiere of the movie Queen Of Katwe. Upon further investigation, turns out the dress was seen on the runway of the Balmain Resort 2017 Fashion Show/Collection.
We're loving this dress and the head wrap to match. If you're an avid crocheter you could consider making a similar dress. Our crochet skills aren't quite at that level yet but we'd be interested in hearing about your endeavor if you decide to give it a try.
